RETURN POLICY

RETURNS:

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please check our return policy below! If an item is returned to us within the 7-day window and meets our criteria, we will issue store credit minus our original cost of shipping to you.  Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless defective. 

Morse Code Boutique will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.  We do not accept exchanges of any kind (see further down for more details).  

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to quality for full store credit to be applied.  

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.  

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.  
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
  • Please allow MCB 7-10 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.  
  • We will e-mail you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

All Holiday Sales, Labor Day Sale, Black Friday deal items, Black Friday discounts, sale items, preorder items, items purchased at a discounted price (on sale), jewelry, swimwear, bralettes, bodysuits (or any intimates), and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Returns received after 7 days from the date you received will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.  Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or any other similar stains will be refused and returned to you. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Excessive/multiple returns per month are prohibited, only 2 returns accepted per month. 

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional shipping box/bag. The shoe box must not be damaged to receive store credit. If the shoe box is damaged, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Initiating a Return:

You will need to e-mail us at morsecodeboutique@gmail.com so we can get you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. All return orders must include RA number for processing purposes. 

Return Instructions:

  1. RA number must be included with the return.
  2. All items returned must be new, unworn and in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.  
  3. Send return back within 7 business days of you receiving the RA number from us.  
  4. Please note, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if the above criteria are not met.

You could be given a different address for returns; however, legally I have to provide you with my mailing address.  Please e-mail us first before trying to return an item. Remember, time is of the essence, you only have 7 days from delivery to request an RA number.

EXCHANGES:

We do not accept exchanges. We are unable to guarantee that the item and size that you need will be available once we receive your return. To guarantee your satisfaction, we recommend placing a new order for the item and size you need and sending the previous item back for store credit. 

DEFECTIVE:

If you received defective merchandise, please contact us within two (2) business days so we can correct the issue. Damages must be reported within two business days of receiving the merchandise or it cannot be returned. Defective items being returned to us must have original tags attached and show no signs of wear.
