SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping policy is listed below! Please message us if you have any other questions.
  • All orders placed will be shipped using USPS, Fedex, UPS or DHL.
  • Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days but some orders can take 7-10 business days to ship.
  • At Morse Code Boutique we offer FREE shipping on orders that are over $100 within the continental United States!
  • You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order after it's been shipped. Tracking is included on all orders and can sometimes take up to 24 hours to update. 
  • At Morse Code Boutique we ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

 

POSSIBLE DELAYS:

  • You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled.
  • There may be delays due to weather, holidays, and other USPS delays that are beyond our control.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

If the address you provided at checkout is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional rate will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.

 

PICKUP POLICY:

Free local porch pick up is available for customers in or around Midland, Texas. You will be given the address via E-mail for pick up when your order is ready. Please try to pick up your order within 3 business days. After 10 business days (2 weeks) you will be given the option for item to be shipped for an additional charge.  

Porch Pick Up Hours: 
Porch pick-up is available 24/7. All items will be inside the brown deck box by the front door.  Once you get an email saying your order has been processed, and you chose local pickup, it is available.  There is no need to message, text or call us to ask if the order is ready.  
 

We are not liable for situations out of our control, such as packages that are lost in transit, delayed delivery time, stolen packages, etc. If your tracking/delivery confirmation email shows that the package was delivered, you will need to contact your local post office to obtain information regarding your package.
